PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB:

The position is responsible for database administration, data consolidation, data analysis and management reporting.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Maintain material master data in SAP, will has close communication with Commercial team, IT team, China Supply Chain and Global Supply Chain team;

2. Collect monthly sales forecast data of Greater China and maintain database accordingly;

3. Analyze the Supply Chain KPI and alert for low result references, include sales forecast accuracy, inventory, scrap, OTIF. Identify root causes therefore;

4. Provide cost analysis, has the 4 eyes check of the cost from each team in China Supply Chain. Identify root causes for cost variance;

5. To utilize software to generate metrics and develops actionable recommendations, provide support to the Supply Chain management team by collecting, analyzing data and reporting results;

6. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly report.

KNOWLEDGE, LANGUAGE AND EXPERIENCE:

1. Bachelor degree, major in supply chain, logistics or business management preferred

2. 2~5 years working experience

3. Good collaboration with various function teams to help develop data driven metrics to support Supply Chain management

4. Troubleshooting and good analysis skills

5. Familiar with SAP is preferred, especially good ate Excel, PPT

6. Good self-learning ability, strong sense of responsibility, good communication
