PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB:

In order to keep consistent and profitable growth for our business, we need to drive reagent consumption rate of each equipment.

The request of clinical physicians is quite important for lab, our traditional advantage of networking is within lab. If we want to increase prescription of microbiology tests, we need to contact with clinical physicians. So clinical education is very critical for our future business.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop clinical physician KOLs to create a successful reference network for clinical benefit.

2. Communicate Clinical benefit of BMX’s reagents with clinical physicians

3. Collect and summarize successful experience, create educational tools to marketing and sales team

4. Collaborate with team members, share ideas, expertise and new clinical practices to benefit marketing team and sales team to drive reagent growth

KNOWLEDGE, LANGUAGE AND EXPERIENCE:

1. Clinical education background is requisite

2. At least 1 year's MNC working experience

3. Fluent English in reading and writing; fluent oral is best to have

4. IVD experience is nice to have
