Service Engineer

The candidate will be responsible for supporting measurement instruments in customer site.

He/she handle technical support activities include trouble-shooting, advice, instrument installation, service call, field support, equipment repair and maintenance.

He/she will provide and support system commissioning, project acceptance, customer interfacing, and the technical and commercial activities at customer facilities.

He/she will work closely with customer to ensure the performance and reliability of equipment system and instrument, develop solutions to problems, and execute improvement.

This position may require full time work on site customer facility as the daily basis, and flexible for support in the night shift.

He/she will take other assignment, when the project goes scale.

Preferred People:

- Have degree in Engineering, Mechanicals, Electricals, or related fields.

- Demonstrated hand-on skills, have experience and training in equipment setting up, trouble-shooting and repair in

Capability to establish good relationship with all level people of customer

System /process driven.

候选人将负责在客户现场自动化测试仪表的服务支持。

为客户提供产品故障排查、设备修复、使用咨询、装机调试、服务响应等技术工作。

负责和协助公司设备系统的交付验收、客户交接以及技术和商务的工作。

与客户紧密配合提高设备系统和仪表的性能和可靠性，制定和实施解决方案。

适应全天在客户工厂现场作业的日常工作模式。

电子制造行业背景优先。

随项目的进展，可以承担其他的(管理)任务。

职位要求

工程、机械、电气控制等方面的学历。

较强的动手能力。在自动化系统、仪表、电气或机械设备方面有实际的装机调试、故障维修的经验或培训经历。

希望有良好的英语书面和口语交流能力。

可以和客户的各个层面建立良好的关系。
