此岗位为宁波某外资服装企业代招岗位。

岗位职责
1. 根据公司业务需求招聘岗位，并通过互联网、报纸、招聘会招募人选。
Provide recruitment and selection service to meet business requirement. Select and recruit suitable person through internet/newspaper/job fairs.
2 负责人事报告，包括HC报告、人员流动报告、招聘报告、组织管理图、人事行政报表
Be responsible for the HR reports including Headcount Report/Turnover Report/Recruitment Report/O-chart/HR&Admin Report, etc and ensure the accuracy and time efficiency.
3. 确保所有雇员方面的事情都符合法律和社会责任
Ensure that the company meets its legal and social obligations in connection with all employment matters.
4. 负责公司培训管理，包括新员工入职培训、上岗培训。
In charge of the training systerm in the company.include the new hire employee training and on work training.

岗位要求
1.六年以上人事管理工作经验；
2.对现代企业人力资源管理模式有系统的了解和实践经验积累，对人力资源管理各个职能模块均有较深入的人事，能够指导各个职能模块的工作；
3.熟悉国家、地区及企业关于合同管理、薪资制度、用人机制、保险福利待遇、培训等方面的法律法规及政策；
4.熟悉办公软件及相关的人事管理软件；
5.较好的英语听说读写能力。
