Job description:

As member of the accounting team, perform financial activities within the following scope: 作为财务团队的一员，应完成以下财务职责：

1、 E-Banking payment creator: All kinds of payments (fund transfers, supplier/salary/reimbursement/tax payments, etc.);

电子银行付款申请：包括资金转移/供应商/工资/保险/税金等支付单据的填制；

2、 Daily reporting: sending the daily account balance to Financial/treasury Manager ;

每日发送帐户余额给财务经理和资金经理；

3、Monthly reporting: sending the bank account statements to each affiliated company, sending the Holding account statement overview to Finance/Treasury Manager ;

每月发送银行对帐单给关联公司，并把holding公司的帐户余额汇总发送给财务/资金经理；

4、Approval of the Holding account statement in the Business Corner ;

核对Business corner的帐户余额；

5、 Purchase order: process and check purchase order for vendors/reimbursements etc. ;

采购订单：处理和核对供应商/报销等的付款申请单据；

6、Invoice issue: VAT invoice certification, invoice purchase/issue;

发票事宜：增值税进项发票的认证，购买并开具发票；

7、 Voucher and other financial documents’ filling ;

凭证装订以及其他财务资料的归档工作；

8、Other jobs assigned by the Head of Accounting.

财务负责人安排的其他工作。

Requirements:

1、Graduate, with bachelor degree in Accounting/Auditing/Tax/Economics, 1-2 years accounting experiences is an advantage; 财务/审计/会计/经济相关专业的应届毕业生（大专及以上），1-2年的财会经验优先；

2、Excellent Microsoft office skill ; 熟练计算机办公软件；

3、Good English in writing and speaking ; 良好的的英语口语和写作；

4．A team player with a strong work ethic. 工作热情，有团队合作精神；
