岗位职责:

? Establish nursing standards based on JCIA requirements. 

? Ensure the nursing staff is carrying out the policies and procedures and comply hospital regulation.

? Update nursing policies and procedures regularly. 

? Make nursing staff plan and ensure adequate qualified nursing staff is available for clinical needs.

? Ensure the quality of care is provided to patients.

? Ensure nursing staff licenses are updated and staff mandatory education is completed.

? Hold nursing leadership meeting monthly to maintain and improve current program. 

? Conduct nursing auditing regularly.

? Work closely with relevant departments and coordinate between departments

? Make strategic plans for staff training, recruiting and retention. 

? Participate annual budgeting and performance review. 

? Receives and consider suggestions and input from nursing staff. 

? Hire new nursing staff according to clinical needs.

? Responsible for nursing staff performance reviews & updating Job Descriptions

? Recommendations budget for program. 

? Provide updated program information to GM.  

? Attends meetings and seminars to maintain current professional knowledge and shares information with nursing staff.

 

任职资格:

? Minimal Education Requirement—bachelor degree or above

? Minimal Experience Requirement-- Greater than 15 years of working experience in nursing field. 5-10 years in management and leadership role. 

? Licensing Needed-- RN in China

? Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese 

? Skill in interpersonal communication to promote cooperation and compliance without enforcement action

? Ability to determine what enforcement actions are needed and when

? Excellent management and leadership skills.

? Excellent nursing experience in general.

? Knowledge of health bureau policies.

? Knowledge of current health issues

? Knowledge of TJU policies and procedures

? Knowledge of quality and safety standards based on JCIA requirement
