工作职责：

1. 组建药用油API研发技术平台；

2. 组建和培养注射用油研发核心团队；

3. 制定注射用油API开发战略，负责产品开发、工艺优化和申报注册等相关工作，并兼顾品种的引进及合作评估；

4. 建立并实施药用油产品质量管理体系。

  

任职要求：

1、学历要求：硕士及以上学历；

2、专业要求：药学或相关专业；

3、工作经验和能力要求：五年以上药用油制备及纯化研发团队管理的工作经验；

4、职业素养：

（1）精通药用油研发技术理论知识，具备丰富的油类原料药及制剂研发经验；

（2）熟悉国家药品法律法规项目及要求；

5、语言要求：精通中、英文。

  

Job Description:

1. Set up a platform for the development of pharmaceutical oil.

2. Build up and grow a core research team on pharmaceutical oil.

3. Work out a R&D strategy for injectable oil API. Lead product development, technology optimization, and product application. Duties also include appraisal of in-licensing projects.

4. Establish a quality control system to ensure process R&D and scale up production of the oil API meet GMP requirements.

5. Master of Science or higher degrees in pharmaceutical science or related fields.

6. A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing pharmaceutical oil research group.

7. Savvy in pharmaceutical oil technology, with strong expertise in oil API and formulation.

8. Familiar with CFDA regulatory policies and requirements for pharmaceutical agents.

9. Bilingual in Chinese and English languages.
