主要为第三方提供日常咨询、培训、指导并解决计算机软硬件、网络、相关计算机系统和外围设备的问题，以满足用户的需要，需要具备独立的分析能力、沟通能力及主动性和问题判断能力。工作性质：做五休二，朝九晚六。

 

主要职责:

1. 遵循相关的服务流程及规范为最终用户提供客户端支持服务及Helpdesk热线接听；

2. 根据服务请求完成关于操作系统、应用软件、邮件客户端、打印系统、网络等方面的故障排除服务；

3. 详细记录服务状态和服务结果，确保在规定的服务承诺时间内响应并完成服务；

4. 桌面设备故障排除及支持。

职位要求:

1. 1年以上相关工作经验；

2. 大专及以上学历，计算机技术相关专业优先考虑；

3. 英文书面良好；

4. 熟悉 windows 各版本操作系统的安装、应用与维护，熟悉各种应用软件的安装与维护；

5. 熟悉各种常用软硬件安装调试，邮件系统调试及安全。
