Compliance Consultant (Singapore Office)

Our international client base consists of asset managers, hedge funds, private equity funds, family offices, broker-dealers, insurers, wealth managers and investment banks.

We are looking to hire a compliance consultant to join us in our Singapore office to assist with providing on-going compliance advice to our PRC clients. You will be working with our assistant compliance managers to liaise with clients and answer their queries, to hold monthly and quarterly compliance meetings, to prepare compliance reports, to review financial returns to MAS and assist with MAS filings and update clients’ policies and procedure (such as compliance manual, risk management framework, PDPA policy and etc.). There are other ad hoc projects to enrich your job exposure.

Ideal candidates should have an accounting or legal degree. He / She must be good team players with a positive can-do attitude, a fast learner and should have good presentation skills and strong analytical skills to produce accurate and precise reports. Candidates will be expected to undertake business development and travel.

Candidates should be fluent in English and Mandarin. Ideally candidates will have 2 years or more experience in audit or compliance.

We will provide support with an application for a Singapore work visa and relocation from Mainland China to Singapore.
