In this role, you will be reporting to the Head of HR China and Global Head of Learning & Development, together to drive the learning & development roadmap and culture activities for China Stronghold from a global perspective. You are great at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You have organizational and interpersonal skills. You have a strategic and creative mind and enjoy bringing new ideas to the table. You are a team player, while also having strong leadership skills.
WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO
? Develop DW Academy China Strategy & Roadmap, closely work with global L&D function
? Actively participate and support all departmental designated trainers as internal consultant/advisor, in order to ensure the training objectives and framework are clearly addressed, with a comprehensive training follow-up structure
? Facilitate and drive “Train-The-Trainer (TTT)” program to best ensure the internal trainer’s training style and tone of voice up to DW standard
? Interactive content development - create instructional materials such as tutorials, digital interactives, user guides, facilitator guides, tests, etc.
? Always introduce the leading learning methods – digital agile learning and innovated tools in learning
? Drive all kinds of learning activities, to create a learning culture and environment that can encourage our employees to learn continuously
? Define and roll out the best-fit Leadership and Management Workshop, with both in-house and external resources
? Be a part of campaigning the DW cultural development
? Partner with Marketing to ensure all materials are branded appropriately
? Partner with HRBPs and Business Stakeholders to best understand the learning needs
? Provide learning solutions focused in business outcomes and people development
? Conduct data analyze for each training program, to ensure the training effectiveness and ROI
? Master user of DW Academy (LMS)
? Traveling might be required upon business needs
WHAT YOU ARE GREAT AT
? Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (HR, learning/education, pedagogy, psychology)
? 3-5 years of experience in Retail Training, Learning and Development, or relevant experience from the HR field within a global accessories or apparel brand
? Experience with Social E-learning, Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Content Creation
? Confident presentation and great public speaking skills
? Excellent coaching, communication and influencing skills
? Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure and flexible working environment
? Always detail-oriented and good in logic thinking and well planning in project management - incl. training program management (define project objectives, measurement, progress tracking and well delivery); vendor management (sourcing, evaluation, KPI setup and delivery)
? High energy, innovative, passionate and self-driven results with good quality
? Proficient in Microsoft Office applications ? Good taste of aesthetics, Photographic, Photoshop and Video Editing skills are Pluses
? Excellent verbal and written communication skill in both Chinese and English
