Tasks / Assignments 工作内容

· Organize and supervise the product audit activities according to quality requirements

· Set up and monitor the in-process quality control (injection, printing, assembly, loading area)

· Manage the responsible workplaces to ensure good house-keeping in conformance with company standards

· Identify the source of error regarding quality defects (e.g. faulty materials provided by suppliers, manufacturing

· error etc.), and communicate with other departments involved to coordinate quality improvements throughout the

· organization

· Plan and supervise deployed quality check tools, benches etc. to ensure all quality inspectors are able to fulfill their

· daily tasks effectively

· Monitor, document and report the daily production of scrap material

· Ensure that all quality inspectors are adequately trained on the most updated version of the QC procedures so that

· QC goals can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner

· Ensure the documentation of quality records is conducted in accordance with QS requirements

Education

· Degree 受教育程度 University

· Major专业 Mechanical Engineering,Electrical Engineering or similar

Work Experience工作经验

· >3years work Experience in a QC department as Supervisor in a manufacturing environment or related Field;

· Experience in an international company / international work environment is advantageous
