Responsibilities

1、Assist the HELPDESK as required（KPI assessment of different working hours/non-working hours）.

2、Provide EPOD system and business training to external domestic and foreign users online/on-site.

3、Provide EPOD system and business training to internal domestic and foreign users online/on-site.

4、Provide assistance to EPOD technical & logical issues for domestic & foreign users.

5、Establish an efficient workflow and system for HELPDESK.

6、Able to independently and efficiently solve business corrections in the trading process.

Qualifications

1、Fluent in reading and writing Chinese & English.

2、Flexible to travel both at home and abroad.

3、Proficient in PPT.

4、Experience in traditional industries.

5、Proficient in EPOD application.

6、Good at communication and proven ability to excel under pressure.
