一、保安人员的招聘、管理、培训、监督、业绩、费用的报销及请假等日常工作
Daily work on recruiting, managing, training, supervising, KPI, claiming and leaving of security guards.
保安人员的招聘
Recruiting security guard
由该厂人事部提出招聘保安申请，面试时必须有保安主管参与，双方共同决定是否录用。
Security guards are requested by site HR, interviewed by security specialist and decided by both.
保安人员的监督及管理
Supervising and managing of security guards
不定期巡岗，查看岗位记录。每月的第二个周的星期二给保安班/组长开一次会并邀请各工厂的HR部参加，审核保安日常的工作，传达一些上级的指示及听取下属的报告。
Patrol and check security records aperiodically. Meeting with security leaders and site HR on every second Tuesday of the month for the purpose of checking security daily work, delivering the new orders from high level management and listening to the report of subordinates.
保安人员的培训
Training for security guards
根据所有保安按照级别和进厂时间，安排每月的第四个周的星期二为保安进行岗位培训。
Provide job training for all the gurds on every fourth Tuesday of the month according to their level and first working day.
保安人员的每月考评业绩
Monthly performance of security guards
每个月20日－25日班组长将所有保安的业绩打完后交于保安主管审核，并且将班组长的业绩打完后一同交于上级保安经理审批。
Security specialist should send the monthly performance of all the security guards include leader to security manager after receiving from security leader by every 25th.
批示及审核各类报销费用及请假
Approvemnt of leave and claim
保安在费用报销及请假时，将填好的报销单或请假单交于保安主管审核批示。
Security guards should submit the forms of claim and leave to security specialist for approval.

在公司建立新厂或更新公司保安系统时，保安主管必须根据公司及安全需求进行监控、门禁、人员安排及流程的设计，并交于公司上级审核。
Submit the design of security system include CCTV, door access, personnel and procedure to superior according to the security requirement when setting up a new plant or updating the security system.

按照已通过审核的计划，安排、建立、监督及推广整个实计划。

当发现公司安全政策方面有漏洞时，需及时编写相应的政策及程序，并由保安经理审核后发于全公司知道。

保安将需要处理的异常事件报告由保安文员转交于保安主管，经审核、批示完毕后执行处理，处理结束后将异常事件报告返还于保安文员留存备查。
Security specialist should dispose the security incident after issued by guards. The result must be kept by security clerk.

处理一些员工投诉及内部事件，调查完毕后需写调查报告。
