职位描述
国内知名上市医药公司
岗位职责：
1、建立临床研究及医学事务团队，保证公司研究发展项目及临床研究工作的有效实施；
2、推展并实施整体医学策略以支持临床项目与活动；
3、建立管理及带领临床医学部，完成部门内部的工作安排，向部门内员工提供必要的工作指导，培训和提高其工作能力和专业技能；
4、监督临床研究团队，确保符合临床研究策略、及时和高质量的项目任务交付，成功完成候选产品新药研究申报及批准；
5、负责筛选临床研究机构、对研究机构质量、费用、时间等进行评估并及时进行沟通和协调，并向公司首席医学官汇报；
6、保证临床试验计划的设计及审阅、患者入组、数据分析解读等流程步奏有效，并在监管流程中提供临床支持；
7、与医药行业领导、学术及相关政府机构代表等维持良好关系，进行医学沟通与讨论,多层次在医院和合作中心开展研讨会、科室会和学术交流会等；
8、追踪跟进临床医学研究相关法律规章制度，确保合规；
9、依据业务项目要求，部门负责人对部门人员应交付之任务负担管理责任；
10、就掌管专业职能范围，随时检视并主动提出优化改进方案，以提高部门与公司整体效率。
任职要求：
1、M.D.医学硕士学位，有知名医药企业或大型CRO公司10年以上行业经验，5年以上管理领导职位；
2、专长领域在临床研究及方案设计，过往执行一期~三期临床试验经验为佳；
3、国际临床研究及国际医学团队经验优先考虑；
4、熟悉药物临床试验管理规范（GCP）、食品药品监督管理相关法规要求；
5、同时具备策略思考规划及实践操作能力；
6、展现出预测、组织、规划及因应变化并调整项目处理优先顺序的能力；
7、分析复杂情况并主动识别机会或问题点，为跨部门项目提供有效解决方案；
8、中文、英文书写及口语表达流利。
