Purpose:

·         The role of an Analyst is to provide support throughout a program or project, both for the Project Manager and Consultant as required. They will have a particular focus on process, training and facilities.  This will include supporting the due diligence/discovery stage, creation of process maps and operational documentation, playing a key role in the training logistics, and ensuring facilities readiness for go-live.  In addition, they will assist with project governance documentation including meeting notes/actions.

·         The role holder will ensure they build strong relationships with relevant project team members and internal colleagues relevant to the delivery of their tasks, such as IT, communications, facilities, HR, T&D, etc.

·         An Analyst is a key member of the project team and is expected to be operate with some degree of autonomy and initiative to ensure project tasks are completed.  Some travel may be required in order to attend key project meetings or training.

Requirements:

·         Attention to detail and always delivering on your promises, whilst being adaptable to changing proirites. 

·         A strong understanding of RPO operation (processes, client requirements, etc. ), along with excellent communication skills and solid MS office skills.

·         Good command of English
