Responsibilities:
？ Being responsible for safety and environmental management in the Production Department, managing personnel and daily work, and ensuring compliance with HSE guidelines; ？ Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule, and making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality; ？ Monitoring the plant efficiency and materials consumption, and ensuring that the production is cost effective; ？ Supervising and motivating production team, reviewing the performance of subordinates and identifying training needs; ？ Proposing improvement projects for plant performance, including yields, energy consumption, quality, waste, etc; ？ Working out the human and material resources needed, developing departmental budget and controlling costs to meet budget; ？ Liaising among different departments, e.g. Logistics, Maintenance, QA/QC and SU of multi-site; ？ Acting as key member of CSU team, and managing production team to provide support for new plant/project commissioning and start-up. ？ Substituting for Operations Manager in his absence.
Requirements:
？ B.S degree or above in Chemical Engineering or Technology ？ 8+ years production experience in Chemical plant environment with at least 3 years supervision experience ？ Good leadership skills, proven work knowledge regarding QHSE management, production organization and planning. ？ Excellent verbal and written communication skill in both English and Chinese and be able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization ？ Good computer skill, knowledge regarding ERP(SAP) is an advantage
