职位描述
1. Builds and tracks local customer account sales plans to deliver against brand equity, execution and sales targets and KPIs.
2. Collect the competitor's first-hand market and sales activity information, and propose corresponding countermeasures.
3. Works with local distributors and distributors sales teams to ensure delivery from them of ongoing effective customer service levels, stock management and payments and ongoing PICOS execution standards in outlets
4. Leverages deep understanding of local market, customers, shopper and consumers to identify local customer opportunities and build customer relationships
岗位要求:
1. Associate degree or above.
2. More than 3 years working experience in FMCG industry, 2 years or above management experience, preferably with experience in wine, beverage industry.
3. Ability to work in a bar channel, including environment and working hours.
4. With rich beer knowledge, convey beer taste, styles, quality standards and perfect serve.
5. Excellent coordination, communication, negotiation and coaching skills.
6. With brand & industry knowledge and business acumen, strong at distributor management.
