岗位职责：
工作职责：
1. Develop & deliver customer focused presentations and
demonstrations of Amdocs solution-set (products and services) which are
the best fit to SPs challenges & expectations & needs.
2. Design, verify and present AsiaInfo-Linkage solutions, including
advanced product concepts, future directions and complementary
products/solutions where appropriate while being assisted by the related
R&D and GDS departments
3. Assist in the requirements definition & formulation of any customer proof of concept projects
4. Provide guidance to the R&D engineers and GDS delivery
engineers in order to ensure the right solution for each opportunity
5. Work with R&D and GDS team to build use cases for prototypes,
proofs of concepts, and candidate architectures that demonstrate the
applicability of the AsiaInfo-Linkage portfolio to solving a variety of
business problems
6. Maintain broad awareness of AsiaInfo-Linkage' wider portfolio, and
look to drive greater penetration within the account for other
AsiaInfo-Linkage solutions where appropriate.
7. Work with a business owner and provide feedback to Product and
Product Development teams on the usability and functionality needs of
the AsiaInfo-Linkage Portfolio set of products.
8. Effectively handle multiple, complex work assignments, while
consistently managing large groups of allocated resources for the
purpose of either responding to a bid or performing and Presale on-going
activity (Q&A, Demo, PoC)
9. Consistently perform Pre-sales/Customer facing activities in order to support unit sales processes.
Customer Orientation
1. Establish and maintain “trusted advisor” relationships with customer CxO Level
2. Acquire comprehensive understanding of the customer’s BSS/OSS environment, challenges and opportunities
3. Unique understanding of the local business players (SPs), main
challenges, competitive landscape (Amdocs) and & market environment
e.g., regulations
4. Able to analyze and understand existing customer architectures,
able to provide suggested areas where Amdocs products and solutions can
bring value to our customers
Solution Design Lead the process for each opportunity
1. Comprehensive awareness of industry trends & standards relevant to the region profile.
2. Ensure that the proposed solution is the "right" solutions, i.e.,
addresses the customer's real business needs and budget and has the most
chances to win.
3. Proficient in IT Technologies mainly around integration issues and
enterprise architecture, used by the Amdocs portfolio and our customers.
4. Leverage on accumulated knowledge and materials
5. Strive to offer and design the most cost effective solution for the customer and AsiaInfo-Linkage.
6. Make sure our proposed solution reflects Amdocs value proposition and our competitive advantages
7. Liaise and guide the various technical stakeholders (e.g. R&D, Delivery)
8. Provide an architecture that glues AsiaInfo-Linkage modules
together in order to meet the customer requirements. In cases of
conflict between the AsiaInfo-Linkage modules, provide technical
leadership of the optimal solution supporting end-to-end process flows.

工作经验：
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
? 7+ years of experience in communications industry.
? 3+ year systems integration / software architecture as part of
overall at least 10 years experience of software design, development and
deployment.
? Proven experience of requirements analysis, project planning, solution design, software design, development and deployment.

? Customer focused, sales processes knowledge understanding.
? Excellent presentation/ pre-sales skills.
? Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
? Action-oriented. Possess a strong bias for action; takes it personally when an issue is unresolved.
