Primary Purpose of the Position (List key objectives)                                         

• To achieve GASN performance and branded retail network development target, improve GASN shop management to build up GASN loyalty

• Close monitoring GASN professionalism development and assist execution of GASN Audit plus its action plan follow up

    

  

Principle Duties and Responsibilities         

• Periodically visit target retailers to monitor and achieve GASN performance and professionalism development target in assigned region

• Review yearly store audit result to develop improvement action plan and follow it on yearly base

• Provide retailer in house training on regular base to improve retailers' professionalism

• Achieve yearly brand retail network development AOP

• Collect market competition information on monthly bases

          

  

Requirements

• Bachelor degree

• Similar experience in retail network

• 1-2 years experience in sales is preferable

• Retail process understanding, SAP / CRM experiences preferred

• Self-motivated, responsible, willing to work under pressure, ability to manage multiple tasks and use good judgment in resolving difficult issues

• Excellent coordination, communication and influencing skills

• Excellent capability in MS Office, especially in excel & PPT for data analysis

• Must be careful, detailed, perceptive and good with numbers
