工作职责：
§ Define and maintain the baseline solution architecture, target
architecture and roadmaps and architectural artifacts within the
assigned domain (s)
§ Validate that the application requirements meet overall business
process needs, are within the scope of initiatives and are internally
consistent.
§ Liaise with customer, IT architects, AILK solution experts, product
vendors and representatives of external companies/service providers to
achieve project outcomes.
§ Define the detailed solution architecture for assigned initiatives.
§ Validate the proposed solution and artifact from solution centers to
ensure they utilize application and integration components
appropriately.
§ Provide detailed architecture solution content knowledge to workshops and other discussions.
§ Review documentation and deliverables and provide feedback.
§ Assist project managers as required with architectural issues / gaps
and actions that arise during the course of the projects being worked
on.
§ Assist the project managers in managing the expectations of customer
stakeholders and any internal or external parties involved.
§ Provide thought leadership in best practice end to end BSS/OSS Domain functional and technical capabilities.
§ Collaborate with other domain architects and teams.
§ Status reporting including work plan milestone progress, issues and risk management.
§ Up to 100% domestic and international travel
工作经验：
? 5+ years of experience in communications industry.
? 3+ year systems integration / software architecture as part of
overall at least 10 years experience of software design, development and
deployment.
? Proven experience of requirements analysis, project planning, solution design, software design, development and deployment.
知识技能：
? Broad knowledge and experience with Telecommunication BSS/OSS applications
? Tertiary qualifications in IT or business is an advantage
? Previous solution architecture experience in large projects
delivering business solutions in the BSS/OSS domain by integrating with
core enterprise application suite covering CRM, Billing, ERP, Order
Management, SDP, Customer Service Assurance
? Knowledge of product technologies and standards such as eTOM,
TAM,SID, Integration technologies such as TIBCO / IBM WebSphere/ BEA,
Web Services, XML, SOAP, WSDL etc. will be an advantage
? Knowledge of telco IT systems, especially in the BSS/OSS Domain, will be an advantage
? Good understanding of telecommunication products/services
? Previous experience in working in an outsourced delivery environment with multiple vendors engaged.
? Demonstrated ability to actively cooperate with external parties such as system integration and software package vendors.
? Business analysis and the development of business data and function
models with or without Enterprise Architecture tools and enterprise data
repository, software architecture.
? Ability to position and sell application solutions at an executive level.
? Good stakeholder management skills.
? Ability to provide fall back positions and alternative options to stakeholders as required.
? High level of communication & presentation skills (both written & oral).
