？ Play a critical role in NS RP project to review the design and make sure the operation requirements are fulfilled.
？ Maintain plant facility comply group standards, conform to authority regulations, laws and rules, keep projects and maintenance activity following legal requirement.
？ Manage whole plant equipment and facility, maintain at sound status, and support production operation reach high efficiency. Set up and training a skilled team, develop standard procedure to accomplish target with reasonable cost.
？ Develop inspection SOP and programme, train and monitor engineering team to ensure plant equipment be in safe conditions, ensure all behaviour and practice in a safe manner.
？ To lead a team of engineers of various disciplines in planning, organizing and control the projects and engineering related activities within the plant to meet engineering and production targets, while meeting the HSSE expectations, and achieve annual Capex plan within budgetary and schedule.

Project Period:
1. Understand BP engineering requirements and review the design representing operation Engineering SPA.
2. Learn the best practice from TC and SZ plants during on-site training.
3. Work with NS RP team in terms of equipment sourcing, installation, maintenance, etc.
4. Support the recruitment for engineering resource and provide the training to new staff.
5. Participate the pre-commissioning and lead the commissioning activity related to engineering. Make sure the safe completion of commissioning on time.
6. Prepare Operation Procedure according to ISO9001/ISO14001/TS16949 expectation.

Operation Period:
？ To plan, schedule, implement, monitor and review maintenance of manufacturing assets to ensure reliability and availability of production assets at levels over 95%
？ To innovate and drive energy initiatives for the plant for energy savings and to reduce cost -Responsible for managing and maintaining critical equipment "fit for purpose" by complying to integrity management requirements for the plant assets
？ Implementation of engineering procedures to ensure full compliance to the BP Group Engineering standards and procedures -Lead and drive Lean Manufacturing projects of the plant, one of the strategic initiatives of BP/Castrol
？ Formulate and obtain approval for the maintenance budget for conducting Maintenance activities -Review, monitor and control the annual budget expenditures to agreed budget
？ Forecast requirements and arrange for replenishment of spares to ensure adequate spares availability, whilst keeping the inventory to an optimum level
？ Train and refresh the engineering skills of engineering technicians to equip them for autonomous maintenance
？ To ensure full compliance to statutory obligations in the impact area
？ Assess need for up gradation and implement new projects/minor projects to meet business requirements.
？ Ensure full compliance to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 requirements for the plant
？ Responsible for HSSE in Engineering (both people and equipment) activities and compliance to BP / Castrol HSSE standards.
？ To fulfil the requirements of the IM Standard as the SPA IM for the facility I acknowledge my accountabilities with in the IM Program.


- University degree

？ more than 7 years' experience in engineering and maintenance activities in plants
？ Basic knowledge in electrical and instrumentation functions .
？ Basic knowledge on statutory requirements like factories act, petroleum rules, electricity acts and rules.
？ Good knowledge of project management, planning, co-ordination, negotiations with sound commercial judgment and should be able to work well under pressure and with competing priorities.
？ Experience in communicating and interfacing with all levels of the organization and external agencies / contacts including statutory bodies.
？ Good people management skills.
