工作职责:

Our global Sales team, including the Global Visual team, spearheads the work to maximise, improve, encourage and build for the future every day, all day through Monki’s Area Teams in 13 markets and store management teams in around 100 stores in Europe and Asia. As a team member, you will play an important role in moving the company towards its highly set goals, the Monki way.

? Follows up on selling and initiates action.

? Provides and ensures indirect service on all three service areas; sales floor, fitting rooms and cash point.

? Applies and ensures visual merchandising routines according to the Visual guidelines /Concept book/Seasonal book

? Ensures good garment care throughout the store

? Plans, sets up and follows up campaigns and activities

? Optimizes al"location" together with Store Manager

? Provides information about changes in the garment presentation during the season and at season start

? Keeps up to date on all VM and other marketing information and material in the store

? Handles Visual Merchandiser stationery and material orders

? Care and maintenance of display and matching material

? Keeps visual room/area clean and organized

? Controls quantity and condition of incoming visual material

? Ensures the store always has the correct quantities of Activity and SALE material

? Responsible for the weekly and monthly visual planning to maximize efficiency and selling

? Ensures the team follows the daily/weekly Store Checklist
