岗位职责：

1、根据招聘需求，及时发布网络广告、更新招聘信息，确保所有招聘渠道正常运作。

2、根据招聘需求筛选简历、初试、及时推荐合适候选人给相关业务部门。

3、协调并负责各分公司校园招聘工作。

4、收集全公司培训需求，沟通协调安排内部培训，确保公司内部培训按计划完成。

5、负责跟进公司合规培训，确保每位员工完成合规培训。

6、定期发布员工满意度调查问卷，并收集统计结果。

任职资格：

1、 大学本科学历

2、 2年以上招聘、培训相关工作，有外企工作经验

3、 工作责任强，性格开朗，很好的协调沟通能力，亲和力强

4、 积极主动、工作严谨，能承担工作压力，具备良好的文字功底
