Role Summary

The Extended Range Specialist will be the planning specialist for Extended Range products to contribute and deliver to the VNS strategy for APAC. The role will be accountable for adjusting and improving local VNS growth in GC market and for enhancing aggregate/market level views. In turn, this role will improve service and revenues in local market.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor customer order into SAP
• Create Purchase Requisitions for VNS
• Create/amend/cancel Purchase Orders if necessary
• Expedite/de-expedite Purchase Orders to optimize customer order fulfilment
• Manual ordering of VNS articles/manual planning activities
• Manage PR blocks
• Create Stock number for VNS / NCO into SAP
• Improving lead times and reducing Minimum Order Quantities in cooperation with PSM
• Actively contribute to CI initiatives

Qualifications and Experience

? Ability to analyze, interpret and translate data
? Problem solving ability addressing root cause and implementing solutions
? Proactive and forward thinking
? Knowledge of planning systems / applications (JDA /SAP or similar)
? Understanding of business impacts as a result of forecast initiatives
? Ability to translate complexity into simplicity
