Responsibility:


1. Provide DFA analysis to North Asia Region.
2. Perform DFA analysis for new product, giving advice and solution for mechanical design, try to simplify design/optimize process and low cost for product.
3. Perform TSA analysis to seek good engineering solution to solve related issues.
4. Regular DFA meeting with R&D, push designers optimize mechanical design to achieve high quality and low manufacturing cost product;
5. Provide technology guidance and support to process engineer for new product process development;
6. EVT/DVT/PVT Build on line support and provide suggestion and solution for the issue happen during the build;
7. Work with process engineer do RCA analysis in creative and effective way.
8. Do fixture 3D checking to ensure fixture design meet mass production requirement;
9. Decide what kinds of fixtures are needed for the final assembly and follow up fixtures fabrication process, related issues solving.
10. Take part in product transfer and support overseas site (multiple launches) mass production



Position Requirement

1. Full cycle of product development from concept to mass production, very familiar with product development and process development,.
2. Over 6 years mechanical design experience, familiar with plastic/sheet metal/ die casting tooling.
3. Rich tooling/fixtures/Jigs developing experiences,
4. Familiar with post-treatment process is a plus, (such as painting, silk-screen, plating, PVD, NCVM, hot stamp, IMD, IML...)
5. Good command of English both in writing and speaking (Level CET.4)
6. Be skillful in Pro/e, AutoCAD or other 3D software.
7. Patient, responsible, self motivating, hard working
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Teamwork
9. Willing to work under pressure
10. Good spoken English is preferred
11. Lean, 6 sigma/Minitab experience is preferred,
