Job description:

The IT Specialist is responsible for local IT and act as the primary contact between Corporate IT and affiliate

 

 

Responsibilities

-      To provide 1st line technical support; answering support queries via phone and email and onsite.

-      To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issue.

-      Coordinate with regional and Corporate IT on regular support service and delivery timely resolutions to end user.

-      Manager global projects local deployment.

-      Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure environment regarding system design, installation, configuration, testing, upgrade and maintenance procedure such as design diagrams, wiring diagrams, etc.

-      Contribute to develop, review and improve IT programs, policies and procedures that improve business operations; stay abreast of new development trends in the industry

-      Ensure compliance with Company IT standards and the Guideline.

-        Maintain IT assets management and keep all related records up-to-date

-        Provide technical support to business, Corp events and ad hoc projects during non-office hours

-      Co-working with Administration department in the event of establishing new office, or office move.

-      Co-working with Administration department to support office facility, like printer, projector, telephone PABX system and door security system.

 

 

 

Requirements

-          Bachelor and above degree, major in computer related field.

-          ITIL foundation knowleague preferred.

-          IT Technical background or related field. 3+ years of experience IT Support or IT Service operation and with direct customer contact.

-          In depth understanding of Windows 10 OS and its functionalities to troubleshoot OS level issues.

-          Good understanding of the applications within the Office 365 suite, Office 365 architecture including knowledge and ability to resolve Office 365 related issues.

-          Good understanding of Airwatch MDM and ability to resolve related issues.

-          Strong understanding of hardware and software components of a PC and their functionalities. Software installation/ deployment on user PCs

-          Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure such as Windows servers; Network components; Active directory etc.

-          Ability to create and read technical documentation and design diagrams.

-          Strong inter-personal communication skills with ability to communicate with users on different levels in the organization and tech personnel on technical incident resolutions.

-          Experience with and understanding of working in a multi-cultural environment and fluent in English.

-          Good team working spirit.
