What you need to do 

-Accumulate a strong candidate database within your specialized job function for one certain Industry; 

-Source, interview and meet candidates to find good opportunity for them; 

-Manage multi-recruiting pipelines / job openings and hit revenue / KPI targets; 

-Initiate regular client visits with team members for Business Development; 

-Closely contact with client window and follow up with job status; 

-Manage client relationship and provide key client services; 

-Maximize the usage of candidate / client / vacancy resources, cross-selling with other colleagues.

Requirements 

-Bachelor or Master Degree, prefer oversea background (Chinese nationality); 

-Good image and proactive attitude; 

-Excellent internal and external communication skills; 

-Result driven, strong team working spirit and willing to work under pressure; 

-Extrovert, mature and strong business sense; 

-Fluent English.
