· Release RFQ to supplier

· Organize TFC with cross function team(e.g. Engineering, SQE…)

· Lead supplier related activity(e.g. SPPAP & C.R.).

· Ensure of supplier capacity and capability

· Coordinate schedule for Run@Rates and PPAP trial run.

· Participate commodity cost workshop with supplier.

· Identify technical solutions with regard to cost and supply market aspects

· Maintain purchasing required information (e.g. supplier master data, component price, tooling) in system.

· Leading resourcing / localization activity by commodity

· Support for VE/VA activities

· Plant visits and supplier visits, if required.

· Apply engineering change in supplier, if required

· Lead the EC change requested by suppliers (relocation, sub-supplier change, machine change…)

· Ensure component availability and supplier readiness, as required.

· Execute cost improvement plans, as required.

· Ensure serial component capacity (backup tooling) in place for plant needs, as required.

· Release and follow PO's for Samples after TG4 , if required

· Update serial components price in system

· Dead tool & dead stock management

· Support sourcing price/LTA saving negotiation to CB, if required

· Ensure supplier management under strategy by commodity, as required

· Working with finance to clear Price Variance
