Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM)
Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC’s global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. Driving for growth in key markets around the world, the business comprises areas such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance and asset management, with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels that will differentiate our customer experience and deliver market leading retail banking and wealth management solutions.


We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:


To ensure team to deliver and maintain standard of telephone banking service to new or existing customers, understand their financial needs, provide accurate information in terms of bank product and services, and provide suitable solutions.
To explore new business opportunity by capturing potential customers and generating sales referrals through inbound RBWM related enquiry or outbound cold calls.
To ensure team to build good customer relationship, take opportunity to generate income for our business through cross-selling suitable products to existing customers.
To deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets
To take accountability for the performance of the team, contributing to the successful delivery of 'Best in Class' standards whilst remaining within key operational performance parameters.
To develop actionable plans around people capability that are aligned with HSBC's business strategies and drives change in people capability.
To Build strong relationships, adopting a joined up approach, to deliver business requirements at pace and with minimum conflict.
To maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring.
Continual identification of opportunities for enhancements to the project processes and mitigation of risk Strong engagement and support across a wide variety of business stakeholders, both internal and external
Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets



Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

Major Challenges
Should ensure team members to master updated RBWM knowledge of all banking products and services
Should adequately understand local regulations and rules which may change from time to time to ensure accurate information is provided by the team.
Innovative to deliver out-performing results

Experience
Knowledge on HSBC and it's business range in China
3 to 5 years working experience in project or banking/credit card related business, remittances, Updated knowledge in PBOC/SAFE/CBRC regulations or credit card products.
Good knowledge on service and sales in Contact Center
Logical thinking and presentation skills
Good spoken and written skill for both English and Chinese (mandarin)
Willingness to work under pressures
Sound PC skills
