Essential Responsibilities
- Work with region commercial leaders and region entity finance to analyze region cost, margin and drive productivity
- Partner with region engineer operation leader to improve yield rate, productivity, and track program spending
- Partner with PM and service function to drive operation ownership in margin enhancement
- Engage and support key planning sessions for above function… rolling forecast, track result, and post variance analysis
- Lead pre-closing and interface with product line FP&A team (M&S, IT, CS)
- Monitor supply chain key performance indicator, OCPH, COQ, etc. and drive consistent reporting and operating processes
- Take lead on THIEA implementation and ad hoc initiative in M&C for trading companies
- Provide financial advice and consultancy to all functional components in areas such as accounting, profit and loss measurement, investment, support global FP&A initiatives as needed
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor degree with 3+years of finance work experience
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of accounting principle and controllership (US GAAP, PRC GAAP, SOX)
- Excellent communication skills and be able to deliver message effectively verbally and writing
- FP&A experience is surplus
- Solid PC skill ( Oracle /SAP , PPT ,Excel)
