职位描述
Essential Responsibilities
• Manage the engineering program for wind turbine component main gearbox development, including design, validation and manufacture activities
• Facilitate design report and engineering documentation creation and maintenance.
• Develop gearbox test plan and lead the relevant activities to validate gearbox design
• Maintain drawing, specification and BoM quality
• Manage and continuously optimize gearbox product through the life cycle.
• Identify cost saving ideas, drive the product cost reduction initiation and implementation.
• Support gearbox site issue solving and develop up-tower retrofit solution
• Support sourcing and manufacturing activities relevant to gearbox product
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor degree or equivalent working experience in mechanical engineering
• + 3 years’ experience in gearbox design in power generation or heavy machine/vehicle industry
• Solid hands-on experience in program management for gearbox development
• Familiar with gear and bearing design codes and standards ISO/ DIN/ AGMA
• Knowledge on forging manufacture, heat treatment and machining process
• Self-motivated, working independently under high pressure to make delivery within timeline
• Team work, good communication and influencing skills with cross-functional teams
• Fluent English speaking and writing in a global environment
• Frequent domestic travels
• Knowledge of FMEA, should cost analysis and reliability analysis
• Fluent English (written & verbal) for working in a global team
Desired Characteristics
• MS+ in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in gearbox development program for wind industrial application
• Familiar with typical gearbox failure mode and experience in site issue solving
• Experience in forging material, manufacturing and heat treatment
• Working experience in multi-national company
