Essential Responsibilities
• HSE: Ensure field service execution meets all BHGE HSE requirements, driving 5 HSE fundamentals & Stop-Work and Perfect HSE Day culture.
• Financial: Run service as a P&L to deliver strong financial performance for region service in terms of order, revenue, margin and cash management, providing financial budgeting/forecast/closing in required operation rhythm.
• Quality: Drive customers satisfaction by collecting voice of customer through NPS or relevant system and making continuous improvement on building higher standards of customer experience working with BHGE. And ensure delivery service jobs on time/quality/cost budget supporting PCs to achieve quality KPIs by adopting quality procedures.
• Resource: Plan and optimize service resource to meet external and internal service requests through ServiceMax having a strong mindset to drive M&C cross PLs service solution.
• People: Build up strong service capabilities by evaluating team competencies with learning/growing plan to meet regional growth needs. Inspire and motivate service people to achieve M&C Services KPIs and develop talents for critical positions and keep a low attrition rate.
• Training: Full ownership on developing, promoting and executing M&C training service and manage CAC and Xinhua training center to deliver financial results and enhance customer relationship.
• Service growth: Drive growth in mining installed base by working closely with Sales to promote service offerings, develop new offering based on customer needs and lead team to proactively engage customers to create opportunities through SOAR and support to close deal if needed.
Role Summary/Purpose
This role is responsible for leading the overall execution and fulfillment of services team on BHGE M&C Control Solution products, and has the overall ownership of training program and execution for M&C China service team, Channel Partners and customers in China region including Mainland /Hongkong /Macau/Taiwan.
Qualifications/Requirements
• A College or University degree required, preferably in Instrumentation, Process Control, Electrical Engineering with strong knowledge in power or O&G industry.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Engineering, Service with the relevant industries, people manager or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Strong customer focus service mindset with exceptional business acumen and commercial savvy.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in a matrix organizational environment with the proven ability to resolve customer issue and grow customer relationship.
• Exceptional communication and strong interpersonal and influence skills
• Can work and perform well under pressure, prioritize and achieve deadlines.
• Availability to frequent travel required on short notice.
• Fluent in English for both spoken and written.
