Job Responsibilities:

• To do overall management to the whole department. Do the working role arrangement for maker and checker, and make sure the Team can support Bank’s business development efficiently.
• Arrange and do the department training course for team members, and ensure that their capability on compliance checking and other daily work are enhanced steadily.
• Supervise and guide the team member on system input and maintenance, and make sure all system data is accurate.
• Monitor the staff job on security monitoring aspect and ensure it to be strictly complied with the Periodical Monitoring Procedure, and all expired/expiring documents are duly tracked。
• Supervise and guide the documents filling, and make sure all documents are safe-keeping.
• Ensure operation compliance towards regulatory requirements and bank’s policy/guideline/procedures, and constitute or review the procedures of the department.
• Ensure efficient processing on urgency or ad-hoc tasks, and keep good communication with Department Head.
• 负责管理公司信贷监控组的日常业务，对部门人员进行合理分工，以确保能高效地支持银行业务发展。
• 对部门成员不时进行培训和指导，确保其对信贷文件的审核能力和其他工作能力稳步提升。
• 监督和指导部门成员的系统录入，确保所有系统数据都准确无误。
• 确保担保品管理严格按照监管流程进行，所有到期文件都被及时有效地追踪。
• 对各类文件的整理归档进行监督指导，确保所有文件的适当安全存放。
• 确保部门的运作符合监管的法规要求，同时也符合银行的各项政策和指导方针，制定并不时审阅本小组的流程规范。
• 及时有效地处理本部门的突发事件和特别任务，并与信贷管理部主管保持良好沟通。

Job Requirements:

• University degree above from a recognized university, law or finance major preferred.
• At least 6 years bank working experience, preferably in Credit Control/ Administration function. Familiar with the regulatory requirements and Credit Control procedures.
• Have a good credit monitoring and management capabilities. Strong awareness of risk prevention.
• Have Management ability and organizational skills. Excellent problem solving with the ability to work independently.
• Strong teamwork spirit and strong communication skills.
• Able to withstand greater work pressure. Strong sense of responsibility.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• 知名大学本科以上学历，法律或金融专业为佳。
• 六年以上银行信贷监控或信贷管理工作经验，熟悉银行监管规定和信贷业务操作。
• 具有良好的信贷审核和监控能力，以及很强的风险防范意识。
• 有一定的管理能力和组织协调能力，能够独立分析处理疑难问题。
• 具有良好的团队合作精神和很强的沟通表达能力。
• 能够承受较大的工作压力，勇于承担责任。
• 良好的英文听说读写能力。
