职位描述
1CMB priority tracking and liability analysis
- Collect and prepare liability related info & data, contributes on CMB liability strategy development. Breakdown analysis into branch BU level, according to local liability business competition, propose workable tactic to capture profitable deposit for branches;
- Collect data with internal stakeholders and prepare the priority tracking in TB, GMK and liability business;
- Prepare and release monthly tracking on HeatMap/OBR, GMK and liability performance /contribution tracking on team level;
- Work with TB to review the cash mandate on monthly basis;
- Work with Group PB, PFS and C&D to track and review referrals on monthly basis;
- Other business analysis or performance tracking related task assigned by line manager.
Project facilitator
- NEMO project: work with internal and external stakeholders to drive this group initiatives’ implementation in UOBC;
- Mobile collection project: work with TB, T&O and C&D to make the concept go live in UOBC and implement to branches;
- Other project facilitator assigned by line manager.
o Education教育背景
Bachelor degree is a must; Master degree from reputational university is a plus.
o Experience (type of)工作经验（类型）
At least 1 year data analysis related working experience is a must. Additional sales background is preferred. Education, hospitality working backgroud is preferred; angel fund, VC, PE or startups working experience is a plus.
o Specific knowledge/skills具备的知识/技能
Good at numbers and analytical skills; familiar with execl and ppt, data clean up and how to access to valid data. Team player and proved maker with positve attitude under pressure; full of imagenation and passion to push new things going forward; Soft power to influence internal and external stakeholders.
