Under general direction of China Country Manager, the vertical sales leader will work closely with product managers & regional sales managers to develop & promote NDC Technologies core products & cross-product solutions to strategic vertical segments.
Essential Functions:
1. The vertical sales leader is responsible to develop strategic vertical/segment sales strategy, develop & maintain vertical customers

2. Core products & solution sales with incremental growth
关键产品和解决方案销售实现公司增量增长
3. Build up vertical/segment project pipelines and achieve annual quota target

任职资格:
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Key Skills:
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a related industry, specifically online measurement & controls on manufacturing process to enhance customer productivity.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in vertical or segment sales manager, or key account sales manager.
3. Good communication & interaction skills with internal & external customers with good commercial thinking.
4. Automation background or Instrumentation & controls background
5. Proven sales skills and the ability to motivate others.
6. Strong analytical and execution skills, excellent problem solving skills.
7. Lithium-ion battery background is preferred.
8. Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
9. Ability to conduct business with high ethical practices
Education:
Bachelors degree or above
