Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

Supporting the company board secretaries and legal team, this role involves helping to establish and facilitate the operating rhythms of the Board and Board Committees and the corporate governance processes of the company. This role offers great exposure to the organizational and management structure of the JV and opportunities to work closely with the company leadership team Assist board secretaries and management team to plan, develop materials for and facililate board and committee meetings Ensure proper management and maintance of corporate records and compliance with board procedures and PRC company law regulations Assist with corporate and regulatory filings Prepare and manage board documents and presentations Assist to implement program to build JV corporate governance structure Coordinate and support board meetings and committee rhythms A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (law or business) from an accredited university or college At least 3 additional years of experience in the legal field (in house or private practice) Experience with board secretarial work or corporate governance Strong Chinese and English oral and written communication skills
