Role Summary/Purpose



Essential Responsibilities

Responsible for growing the Modular Product (MCB, RCBO, DPN, Consumer Unit) sales in East/North China.
 Develop customer relationship in targeted industries, Lead and support the regional modular sales team to achieve sales target assigned by National LV Components Leader.
 Leverage the resources of GE in China to maximize sales force effectiveness and productivity
 Responsible for team management and improve team’s effectiveness.
 Initiate regional and the distributors Modular Product selling strategy.

 负责GE 低压模数化微型断路器产品(MCB, RCBO, DPN, Consumer Unit)东区/北区的销售增长
 发展目标客户,带领并支持区域微断销售团队完成低压销售总经理布置的销售指标任务
 充分利用公司内部资源提高销售效率与人均产出率
 负责团队的管理并提高团队效率
 制定所辖区域与代理商的微断产品销售策略


Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor degree or above, major in power utility, automation and electrical engineering, or relevant.
 At least 5 years sales experience with proven track record in the above-mentioned fields plus 2 years in a leading sales role in multinational company. Rich experience and network in commercial building, luxury hotel, real estate developer, PSB, strong sales distribution or OEM network
 Demonstrated strong sales leadership skill including clear strategic thinking and sophisticated tactics, capable of leading regional team to double the business within limited timeline
 Strong communication and leadership skill, ability to interface and influence different levels of customers both internal and external
 Strong self-motivated, goal-oriented and target execute ability
 Demonstrate the ability to coach and develop 2nd tier leadership
 Clear Thinker and Excellent presentation skills
 Fluent English and Mandarin both in reading, written and spoken
 Microsoft office and Power Point application in English
 Willing to travel frequently in China.
