Role Summary/Purpose

Responsible for delivery of business and IT growth and productivity programs related to AR management. Develops, sells, and implements project plans, beginning with project team structure and communication plan, and ending with a control plan identifying both business process metrics and IT platform quality requirement

Essential Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities: • Utilizes Quality discipline to manage new application development projects through complete project lifecycles • Gains expertise in business processes and technology platforms of the business application suites in addition to data flows from system to system • Interacts with business users to gather and validate requirements and develop detailed specifications and designs • Proactively manage project status, issues and problems and communicate to senior leaders on a regular basis • Coordinate and monitor development efforts for all projects • Works with the business and IT teams to create and execute test scripts, conduct defect reviews and define remediation requirements • Oversee all aspects (plan and execution) of system conversions affecting $20B receivables of internal and external clients directly working with and influencing external Finance managers, Operations managers, various IT teams, senior leadership and vendors • Manage a diverse cross-functional team including Operations, Finance, IT, Risk and external stakeholders • Plan and lead data conversion and analysis, testing and implementation efforts for clients throughout North America, Europe and Asia • Drive operational excellence through change management processes • Determine and implement alternative approaches and optimal solutions to business issues • Develop integration and deployment strategies for business technology solution • Ensure solutions and deliverables are 100% compliant with controllership and audit standards • Assess all projects after completion for positive and negative factors, develop improvement plans to implement on future projects

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications Required: • Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent relevant certifications • 3-years’ experience with systems implementations and/or IT project execution • 3-years’ experience managing cross-functional projects with various stakeholders (internal and external) • Project management experience in a technical environment, familiarity with structured project management methodologies (i.e. PMM) • Identify and implement process improvements on conversion process, influence stakeholders to drive change • Strong planning, time management, leadership skills, business acumen • Effective communication skill in both English and Mandarin • Ability to comprehend and effectively deal with cultural differences • Must be self-motivating, self-directed and be able to work under pressure and in fast paced team environment. • Ability to influence at all levels of team and larger matrixes organization • Some travel may be required

Desired: • Possesses problem solving, prioritization, presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to make recommendations to all levels of the organization • Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle including requirements gathering, analysis and design, development tools and technologies, release and version control, contemporary testing methodologies, and deployment management • Ability to concurrently manage multiple projects • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate staff and to apply skills and techniques to solve dynamic problems • Working knowledge of SQL query language is a PLUS • Experience with industry standard financial applications (i.e. SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle) • Working accounting knowledge
