BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

PURPOSE

• Improve company market sharing

• Dig out more regular local paid customer and develop product under company strategy.

• Take in stable gross profit

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Existing customers: ensure the maintenance and development of the portfolio of customers assigned

• New development: develop the existing portfolio with new customers in accordance with the strategy defined with the Management. Explore and propose new targets

• Other tasks assigned by managers

QUALIFICATION

• 2 to 5 years of experience in 3 PL industry

• Chinese Native. Bilingual English

• Must be able to work independently and as well as a team player.

• Good interpersonal skills

• Goal oriented individual, motivated self-starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to multi tasks

• Good negotiation skills

• Must have Good verbal and written communications skills.

• Must have a natural excellence in communication

• MS Suite proficient

• Capacity of analysis and synthesis

• Knowledge and experience in sales in 3PL industry
