Responsibility:

1.Building and maintaining a friendly and productive working relationship with teaching consultants globally.

2.Ensuring clear and timely communication of policies and other teaching related matters with teaching consultants on all touch points, including but not limited to email, teacher portal and app.

3.Building and maintaining social media sites on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Indeed, Linkedin, Glassdoor and other applicable forums to foster an amiable atmosphere and a sense of community.

4.Building and managing a team of teacher support representatives to answer global consultant queries in a consistent, accurate, timely and friendly manner.

5.Communicating with top performing consultants to understand consultant needs and how to improve platform experience for the consultants and clients.

Requirement:

1.Bachelor degree or higher, preferably in education, marketing or psychology.

2.Excellent command of the English language (with Chinese as a preferred first/second language).

3.Ability to successfully communicate with consultants, staff and/or vendors, both orally and in writing.

4.Demonstrated success in fostering and maintaining relationships.

5.Experience in customer service/relations a plus.

6.Experience in public relations a major plus.
