Management & Coordination :

- Diagnosis of the existing teacher support across departments

- Build a new teacher support organization & come up with solution

- Day to day management and response to teachers' emails

- Identify best practices to improve procedural guides and keep them updated according to new actions by each team and department (new releases, system update, new policy etc.)

- Ensure the integration and consistency of company's communication and answers about new policies and coordinate with other teams

Operational follow-up :

- Manage teachers' requests and inquiries

- Manage and monitor teachers' actions and public reviews

- Ensure the transmission of policy launch-out to the concerned service + follow-up

Guarantee process and schedule :

- Define level of expectations & KPI‘s

- Set up the request management process

- Follow-up & monitoring with each new policy

- Build schedules of policy announcements and ensure their compliance

- Ensure training for all providers & internal partners

Profile

- At least 3-5 years of experience in relationship management / customer service experience / project management in complex & decentralized organizations

- Strong communication and reporting ability, and able to clearly summarize and report the operation status of a policy announcement based

- Results-orientation, faculty-centric, Inspire dedication, strong ownership

- Highly organized with attention to details

- Highly adaptable to cross-functional environment

- Professional in English at a native speaker level
