Job description

- Identify and develop new business opportunities by promoting TutorMing online Chinese learning to new clients in assigned territory / channel

- Develop and manage new and existing clients by prospecting, exploring and identifying all their needs whilst providing high caliber of service through telecalling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients

- Approach new businesses with creative proposals with relevant info and quotes

- Ensure clients have positive experience by communicating effectively pre and post deal process

- Oversee and manage corporate sales executives to achieve set targets

- Work closely with relevant departments / colleagues “marketing, operations, R&D”, etc to ensure efficient operation in terms of “service provided”

- Work closely with marketing and promotion team to design required promotion and awareness campaigns for target market / clients

- Devise and implement strategy to meet sales performance targets

Job Requirements

- Passion in Mandarin learning

- ability with independent thinking and strategy making

- Required Language Ability: Chinese (Fluent), English (Fluent).

- 5+ years of related experience in business development, especially the channel development.

- Insight for Overseas on/offline commerce and consumer trends, familiar with N. America market is a plus.

- BA required; MBA and or Marketing Degree a plus.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Able to work with Power Point, Excel, Microsoft Word programs.

- Result oriented team player.
