职位描述


1. Consistently achieve revenue targets within identified corporate customers by establishing effective relationships, developing and negotiating frame contracts to position RS as a preferred supplier

2. Shape and define new opportunities, applying solution/discipline and manage the execution

3. Develop effective Account Development & Compliance plans with short, medium and long term objectives to exceed portfolio sales/growth targets

4. Use financial and Customer data to analyse and drive compliance to preferential terms/service level agreements/contracts and ensure profitability

5. Arrange, prepare and manage effective meetings with pre-determined goals and objectives to benefit both RS and the Customer


Essential:

1. Bachelor degree or equivalent business experience

2. Minimum 5 years experience of Account Management or Strategic Business Development and proven sales track record in technical/solution/service B2B industries

3. Excellent understanding of the importance of cultural awareness and experience in managing these complexities across borders

4.? Financial and business awareness with good numerical and analytical skills

5. Outstanding communicator, able to rapidly build and sustain relationships at all levels within the organization based on trust and consistent delivery to expectations
