Roles & Responsibilities；

-Implement the company's quality strategy, quality plan, quality policy, and related system work, take full charge of enterprise quality management, improve customer satisfaction, and achieve the company's business strategy.

-Control operation quality to ensure KN service quality can meet customer needs.

-Responsible for the supervision and inspection of the BBAC project's operation quality, and put forward quality improvement suggestions.

-Coordinate internal team to design and develop working instruction, standardize operation process and reduce operation deviation.

-Drive and monitor operation team implement effective working instruction. 

-Handle complaints related to quality, participate in crisis management, take the lead in solving major quality problems, and promote quality improvement.

-Take part in staff training system and skill matrix design.

-Ensure the quality system compliance with ISO9001 requirements.

Requirement:

 - Bachelor degree, at least 3 years of contract logistics working expereinces.

- Strong communication and coordination skills, adhere to principles

- Able to work under pressure

- Good disciplinary concepts and self-management skill
