职位描述

Overall Job Function: Responsible for designing H&M Groups store commercial layouts from design intent to completed store that enables H&M Groups expansion targets in the Asia Pacific sales markets. Secure that each store in the regional portfolio is being optimized from a sales and space planning perspective, that all commercial aspects have been implemented to the store layout and that the Customer experience is maximized in each store and are designed in the most efficient and sustainable way. Creates a store experience that strengthens the brand through optimal choice of space and implementation of latest interior program. Works closely with for instance the Store Design Manager, Expansion Manager, Sales Controller, Leasing, Construction, Visual, Regional and Area Sales Teams to ensure projects are delivered on time with high quality.


Creates commercial stores: New stores, Rebuilds & Space Optimizations

? Sets the “commercial idea” for New stores and Rebuilds to create strongest outcome for sales and brand by securing optimal concept mix, size and placement as well as fa?ade intent.

? Sets the “commercial idea” for all Rebuilds through use of provided sales analysis and fact-based decisions, combined with input from other functions such as Store Design Controller, Construction Manager and Regional Sales Team.

? Have full understanding of the commerciality and quality of existing store portfolio in dedicated geographical area to enable active portfolio management.

? Reviews the existing store to secure all commercial aspects before starting with the new commercial idea.

? Creates room structure, placement and shape of fitting room, cashpoint and BOH

? Provides fact-based input on space choices to Regional Leasing Manager based on efficiency and sales potential.

? Ensures commercial idea adheres to global guidelines and the Asia Pacific commercial goals.

? Maintains full knowledge of relevant guidelines

? Creates all H&M drawings. (i.e. Fa?ade, BOH, Interior drawing, Ceiling and illumination, Color/décor and any other information that might be needed)

? Provides feedback and improvement suggestions to relevant functions regarding experiences received from site visits of new and existing stores.

? Ensures knowledge of previous interior seasons in order to help out with business proposals.

? Sets schedule for design related tasks/actions for the internal planning tools

? Finalizes drawings according to agreed schedule.

? Follows up on schedule for projects that the Store Designer is design responsible for.

? Follows up on projects during various stages of completion. (For instance, site visits or conference calls etc.)


Drives project process from design intent to store completion (and coordinate with internal and external consultants):

? Prepares Site Survey for each project by partnering with Regional Leasing Manager, Construction and external consultants, securing vertical transportation "location"s, emergency exits, XREF drawings, etc. for design drawing completion.

? Acts as overall project manager, ensuring timeline, work-flow and quality throughout life of project.

? Sets overall project schedule, coordination with leasing, external architects and construction teams.

? Establishes and maintains outstanding lines of communication with Expansion, Construction, Leasing, Visual, Sales teams and external consultants (architects & engineers).

? Ensures the project is documented correctly and maintains a clear record of all correspondence related to assigned projects.

? Coordinates the back of house design with Store Operations and consultants to be in line with local legislation and operational guidelines.

? Completes site visits for new and existing "location"s at various stages throughout the process.


Minimum Candidate Qualifications:

? Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, Consumer Behavior or related field.

? 3-5 years retail experience, preferably within store operations, as a merchandiser, as a visual, as a controller or in space planning and analysis.

? Proficient in AutoCAD or similar programs

? Required to travel both domestically and internationally 30-50%

? Strong knowledge of H&M Groups commercial idea

? Strong project management skills, with proven experience in handling multiple projects at one time.

? Possesses ability to think outside of the box and develop creative solutions to space issues.

? Demonstrates aptitude for spatial planning and visualization.

? Maximizes productivity through time management while promoting team work and actively contributing to a positive work environment.

? Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel.

? Knowledge of AutoCAD a merit.

? Ability to visualize ideas in3d renderings, models and/or hand sketches

? Ability to evaluate feedback on layouts and be able to make fact-based decisions that relates to interior guidelines, site specific "location"s and requests from other functions.
