岗位职责:

工作内容：
1. 协助上级处理日常行政工作
2. 负责员工信息的收集和更新，定期更新相关人员信息
3. 与供应商联系，购置办公设备、办公用品，安排人员管理和发放
4. 管理行程表事件，其中包括会议，客户邀约和员工会议等。
5. 按照行程计划进行机票，酒店等预订，并按要求进行适当的调整。
6. 准备会议PPT演示文稿和会议记录
7. 安排会议，包括员工会议，培训等
8. 协助完成T＆E费用报销。
9. 文件和名片的保管，以及其他相关行政事宜
10. 合理安排公务用车
11. 公司内部软硬件的维护工作，保障各部门正常运作，
12. 负责公司各项重大活动的组织和实施，各类接待工作的组织与管理，统一调配和使用公司各种物资，
13. 负责办公设备、设施、场地和固定资产管理和维护，并监督使用状况。维护公司的良好工作环境。
14. 完成领导交办的其他工作。

任职资格:

职位要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，行政、市场专业优先考虑
2. 有行政相关工作经验（1-2年工作经验，或，4年以上工作经验）
3. 有良好的英语听说读写能力 （通过大学英语六级）
4. 有亲和力，有团队协作精神， 有责任心，工作认真细心能够主动承担繁重工作，
5. 能够在较大压力下完成多项工作，合理安排自己的工作时间并保证效率。
6. 良好的沟通能力和积极主动的工作态度
7. 熟练使用Excel/PPT等办公软件
