Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

1. Understand the solution direction and behavior to define the commercial strategy towards selected power distribution key accounts 2. Build up the big picture of project and play a role as a Commercial Leader to selected key accounts 3. Key accounts development, build and implement account plan 4. Strengthen the relationship and influence the customer with GE Power distribution solution 5. Prospect and develop new potential customers 6. Identify key customer decision maker, develop management level interaction with key accounts 7. Leverage GE internal resource, work together with region sales team to develop business 8. Negotiating and implementing key account trading terms, customer agreement, promotion plans, selling activities etc. in line with overall commercial policy and responsible for key account customer

Qualifications/Requirements

1. College degree qualified2. Rich projects sales experience, has successful experience manage >10M RMB project by self3. Be familiar with power distribution, Automation or Mechanical technology.4. Candidates with Power, Oil & Gas, Chemical and municipal Engineering project experience is preferred.5. Good communication skill both in Chinese and English6. Good sales experience and aggressive7. Excellent communication and influencing skills8. An ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure9. Being fully accountable for output, the ability to work with, and influence customer to achieve the targeted results10. Able to demonstrate objective analytical power, and to be numerically literate
