Amazon is growing its Amazon Services strategy aggressively around the world, we are looking for a Seller Operations Support to accelerate China Sellers success on worldwide Amazon Marketplace. You will have the exciting opportunity to shape and deliver our suite of Amazon Services and play a key role to work with multiple internal stakeholders and business teams to contribute on significant Amazon Service products development and improvements, and/or launch to support growth of China Amazon Service. Candidates who delight in optimizing scarce resources and can strategically outline effective solutions rapidly should apply.

The Role
As a Seller Operations Support, your primary role will be working closely with multiple Amazon business teams/stakeholders and execute operational tasks to support and improve China Amazon Services deliverables and experience to ensure long term success of China Sellers on Amazon worldwide marketplace. The role will involve working on Amazon systems, interact with Sellers, and perform daily operational tasks supporting leads pipeline building, Sellers on-boarding, daily account management, as well as managing data and compiling business reports as needed.

The ideal candidate should have sales-operation or sales-support related experience, ability to work in an environment with minimal supervision, across multiple complex functions with capability to influence external parties; able to interface with technology systems, analyze data and gather actionable conclusions; and be comfortable in executing repeatable processes. Operating in a rapidly changing environment will require the candidate to be adept at dealing with ambiguous, new and challenging situations. The candidate will also require to deliver results against set targets. S/He will report to the Head of Service Operation based in Shanghai, China.

Primary Responsibilities, include but not limited to:
? Support multiple Amazon Services business and product teams on centralized and standardized operational tasks including but not limited to: leads management and assignment, Sellers enrollment support, Seller profile creation, deals submission, data pulling and reports generation, etc.
? Assist and support on new and existing process creation and implementation
? Identify operational barriers and dive deep on root causes, provide feedback and innovative solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency
? Identify areas of possible process improvements and automation opportunities
? Document processes, regularly update existing SOP, review/suggest SOP changes required if any
? Handle various sets of daily, weekly and monthly business reports

Basic Qualifications
? 3+ years of experience preferably in project management, sales operations, and working with technology and systems
? Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction
? Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business by the numbers. Must be metrics-driven
? Experience in devising and implementing business processes related to Sales, Marketing, Support and Operations
? Impeccable attention to detail, passion for processes, systems/tools, and data analytic
? Exceptional customer obsession with a passion for working backwards from the needs of field or organizations
? Strong bias for action, highly organized and ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance and tight deadlines
? Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese
? Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or relevant field of study
? Flexibility to relocate and station at other remote office within Jiang Zhe Hu area
Preferred Qualifications
? Experience in e-Commerce and/or in a hi-tech B2B sales organization
? Well versed in Excel, Access, and SQL is a plus
