职位描述

Key Deliverables Business：

· Conduct current and future forecasting analysis, insuring forecasting processes and methods are followed. Relating and measuring the impact of forecast accuracy.

· Generate daily production plan from monthly master plan, follow up achievement rate and drive the best performance.

· Generate raw material purchasing plan and control stock level to optimize the turnover rate.

· Be responsible for master data maintenance in JDA.

· Place purchase order to overseas manufacturing plants and keep close communication to ensure supply reliability and follow up the implantation of aligned supply plan.

· Advise and assists management in resolving problems concerning excess stock, shortages, engineering changes, and cancellation orders.

· Manage inventory targets (including safety stock levels) that are approved by top management.

· Lead and perform CI project to drive cost and operation efficiency.

Agility and Innovation

· Designing and generating weekly and monthly supply reports and statistical analysis

· Continuously improving forecasting techniques, method, and approach.

· Keep improving the utilization of system (SAP, JDA) to increase planning efficiency, scope and dimensions.

Relationships and People：

· Key member in S&OP - forecast and inventory planning meetings with functional managers, reviewing recommended sales forecasts and inventory goals (emphasis on new product introduction, SLOB, etc.).

· Proactively facilitating, re-engineering, best practices & consensus between functional experts (Customer Service, Purchasing, Sales & Marketing, Operation, Finance)

Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required as a minimum.
Language – fluent in both English and Mandarin
Functional Excellence
· Knowledge of demand management/forecasting tools, forecasting processes
· Knowledge of production planning and material planning.
· Excel skills, Experience with SAP functionality, Experience using JDA(preferred) or other ERP statistical software packages
Analytical Ability - Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities
Conflict Management - Good communications skills. Ability to embrace conflict and find positive solutions.
