1.Acting as a member of the project team in the given business unit
2.Participating in project reviews and other project-related meetings (e.g. order presentation)
3.Determing order-related information and forwarding it to Strategic Purchasing
4.Collaborating on make-or buy decision-making
5.Responsible for deadlines and budgets, the procurement scopes of relevant projects and collaborating on project structure planning(work package responsible)
6.Coordinating critical deadlines and budgets, as well as handling technical problems.
7.Approving price comparisons
8.Knowledge about all site related contract scopes (participate ESC & parallel negotiation)
9.Coordinating the interface with Project Management, Design and Project Controlling during the project execution phase, providing purchasing-side assistance at the job site (e.g. field order management)
10.Using the sourcing pipeline & tracking list as a control instrument and determining the traffic light status

Requirement：

Language: Fluent English speaking & writing, German will be beneficial
BT: 60% - 80% working time, periodly work on site.

Hands on mentality
Basic knowledge and experience of project management & purchasing
Basic knowledge of functional contexts in the interface between Purchasing and other departments
